Prior to each session, a detailed functionality check should be performed on the equipment, and all the curriculum should be available.
We recommend that 1 hour to 45 minutes prior to the session to start function checking the the simulator, software, and A/V equipment. At 30 minutes prior to the session, we recommend the instructor show time. That way the instructor can discuss any operations or curriculum issues with the Sim Tech prior to the learners arrival.
